Started my business development and sales career at Salesforce in Ireland and soon changed the focus on building sales departments / processes for startups in the education technology sector. After working with both B2C and B2B clients in Asia for 5 years I am now leading the expansion strategy for a EdTech company in China. I'd like to help mentor businesses or individuals that take their first steps in either selling or setting up their sales department in Asia. A big part of my success was understanding the cultural discrepancies that impact all aspects of the business. As a mentor I'd like to help overcome these sometimes invisible challenges that can seriously harm your long term growth as a business.
